Greater Boston Youth Beginner Photography Class

I am excited to host my first youth beginner photography and business workshop at Westgate Church in Weston, MA! The beginner photography class is geared toward ages 13-18 and the business workshop for ages 16 to 18, for those seriously considering a career in photography.

Last year in October, I hosted my first photography and content retreat for women at the beautiful Saltonstall Farm in Stratham, New Hampshire. Three wonderful ladies attended and we had a blast together discussing vision, all things related to running and business, and shooting a family session together. I have enjoyed watching their businesses flourish.

This year, I had a mother who homeschools her children contact me on Instagram regarding mentoring her teen daughter in photography, which then led to the idea of this two-day workshop geared toward teens, with a focus on homeschool youth in particular, though not excluding others.

I homeschooled my own five children for fifteen years and taught photography at our former homeschool co-op, Friends of Grace in Chelmsford, for twelve years, six of which my own children did not attend and were no longer homeschooled. My heart is still with and supports the homeschool community very much.
