I had the amazing privilege of attending a motherhood photography content retreat in Sonoma County, California hoisted by my favorite motherhood photographer, Jodi Lynn Photography. Her elevated style and stunning locations paired with mommas who glow, make my photographer spirits soar.

This photo shoot was at Helen Putnam Regional Park in Petaluma. The windswept, rolling golden fields were such a gorgeous backdrop for this exuberant, gorgeous mother and adorable baby girl.

My photography heartbeat is truly for mothers with very young children and expectant mothers.  I love the tenderness, the mother bear protectiveness, and joy that is between the mother and the child. It is as if they are both growing up with each other; the mother in a selfless state of being and the child in the schoolroom of life, both sharing the blank pages of a memoir only they can write.
