Let’s get to know each other...
What relationships would you want to focus on at your wedding? What is the name of your fiancee?
Describe a perfect day together?
How would people describe your personalities and relationships?
When you image your final wedding images, what do you envision? What do you hope to capture?
What don’t you care to see in your photographs? Do you prefer pimples and moles edited out? Please specify.
Would you like an album arranged for you or just access to prints?
What do you love about your spouse/ significant other?
Will there be any special items or heirlooms at your wedding day?
What do you love about each other?
What makes you laugh about each other?
Where will you be getting ready?
Please provide the addresses for the reception and the ceremony.
Do you want photos of you as a couple before the wedding, on your wedding day, or after?
How close do you want me to photograph when you say your vows?
Do you want to leave the site of the venue to photograph elsewhere? Do any special places come to mind as to what is a meaningful place for you to be photographed at?
(a more complete photoshoot, which is more true to life as well as beautiful.)
Does your style of photography resemble these thoughts: “MAKING MEMORIES O F YOUR OWN WEDDING INSTEAD OF MEMORIES OF A PHOTOSHOOT?”
(Authentic storytelling of your day, rather than many poses)
Would you like a separate session of you and your spouse after the wedding day, in a more relaxed way?
What do you want these photos to say about you when your children or grandchildren look at them?”
When is your wedding date? Where are your venues? Are you interested in an engagement session as well?
What is your style of photography?
Comical intimate shots
Formal photo sessions where people look at the camera
Families are interacting with each other
Lifestyle Photography
What is lifestyle photography? It is your story, not mine. It is relational photography. The photographer becomes the storyteller, while you are the character. As a famous quote says, “We take photos as a return ticket to a moment otherwise gone.” A visual memoir of your daily life, your treasured moments, your reality “tv”. As the photographer, I tiptoe on the delicate balance beam of being a fly on the wall and interacting with your family; of spontaneous candids and occasional comfortable arrangements, such as your family all sitting on a bed and tickling one another. It’s the stuff life is made of.
